Executive Director
Dr. Millner served as a Texas public school teacher for fourteen years before coming to work at DFW AHEC in 1999.
She has served as the Executive Director of the DFW AHEC since 2003.

Luis Mejia
Program Coordinator, Community-based Education, Health Literacy
Luis received his degree in medicine from the University of San Carlos of Guatemala, and has been working in the health care field since 1997. He is in charge of the health literacy program and coordinates a public health program for the Hispanic community.

Rose Chivers

Rose joined AHEC in October 2008 after working for the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services.
She holds a degree in Health Studies from Texas Woman's University.
